  • FOC Investigation fee - $100 to be paid by 1 party or split equally between both parties
  • Future & Hope Investigation fee - $600 to be paid by 1 party or split equally between both

  • Home inspection fee - $50
  • Processing fee - $1.50 a month; charged $9.00 every January and July
  • Service fee - $2.00 a month; charged $12.00 every January and July
