Dow Event Center - Phase 3
The project will consist of County of Saginaw – The Dow Event Center, Bid Pack #1 – Phase 3 Capitol
Upgrades. Construction will start approximately April of 2026 and be completed by January 2027.
Proposals will be received no later than February 12th, 2026, by 2:00 p.m.
